Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Radiante Clean Plus Ltd, referred to as "the Company", and the customer, referred to as "the Client", in relation to the cleaning services provided by the Company.
2. Services
2.1 The Company agrees to provide cleaning services to the Client as outlined in the agreed-upon contract or service agreement, either verbal or written.
2.2 The scope of services, including frequency, duration, and specific tasks, will be agreed upon between the Company and the Client prior to the commencement of services.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to make changes to the agreed-upon services with prior notice to the Client.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 The pricing for the cleaning services will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the size of the property, frequency of service, and additional requested services.
3.2 Payment terms will be outlined in the contract, service agreement or email invoice and must be adhered to by the Client.
3.3 Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services at the discretion of the Company.
3.4 A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking for selected services.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 The Client must provide a 24 hour notice period for cancellation or rescheduling of cleaning services as outlined in the contract or service agreement.
4.2 Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in 25% charge of the total bill to the Client.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or emergencies.
5. Liability
5.1 The Company will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of the Client's property during the provision of services.
5.2 The Company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the Client's failure to secure or properly store valuables or sensitive information.
5.3 The Client is responsible for providing a safe working environment for the Company's employees, including access to necessary utilities and equipment.
6. Insurance
6.1 The Client agrees to notify the Company of any damages or losses incurred during the provision of services within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice to the other party.
7.2 Upon termination, any outstanding payments or obligations must be settled in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement.
8. Governing Law
​8.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9. Amendments
9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time with prior notice to the Client.
By engaging with our services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
